• View ICC Scores and shop profiles
• Book appointments
• Communicate with repair shops
• Make payments through the platform

Repair services are provided by independent shops, not MechanicMe.

4. ICC Scoring System

The ICC Score is a standardized evaluation based on:

• Pricing transparency
• Customer satisfaction
• Service practices

The ICC Score is intended as a guidance tool, not a guarantee of service quality or outcomes.

5. Payments & Fees

• MechanicMe may charge service or transaction fees
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• All pricing is set by the repair shop

MechanicMe is not responsible for pricing disputes but may assist in resolution.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies are set by individual repair shops
• Refunds are handled according to shop policies
• MechanicMe may facilitate dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds

7. Repair Responsibility Disclaimer

MechanicMe does not:

• Perform repairs
• Guarantee outcomes
• Warrant services provided by shops

All repair responsibility lies with the service provider.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Abuse, harass, or discriminate against others
• Attempt to bypass the platform for transactions

Violations may result in account removal.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on MechanicMe are owned by MechanicMe, Inc.
and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

MechanicMe is not liable for:
